A passionate, forward-thinking Senior UX Design Consultant creates impactful conceptual ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design. As part of a transnational team, the sr designer drive the design of mobile and desktop applications with fellow designers, product managers, and software developers. A senior UX designer should have fully technical skills over tools and methodologies applied to UX design projects. This role should co-work with the rest of the design teams for execution, and follow-up of the projects, including coaching, client facing and delivery.

What You'll Do

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high quality animations of the related graphics.
• Building strong animation foundations.
• Producing motion graphic and video content for the app, social media, and television.
• Designing animation and motion graphics for videos on all key distribution channels from the concept stage through production and post-production.
• Working closely with Copywriters, Social Media and Design teams, supporting variety of digital products.
• Creating 2D and 3D Animations.
• Optimize the handover process to the Development and Design teams.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with the team and promotes team alignment.

Requirements

• Undergraduate / Graduate equivalent combination of education in a related field.
• Related fields include Design, Graphic Design, Communication and Media.
• Strong understanding of the brand and branding principles.
• Proficient in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects
• Advanced knowledge of Cinema 4D, Maya, or Blender
• Proven collaboration, facilitation, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent at building consensus across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to create and maintain working relationships with a geographically distributed team.
• Working independently, keeping project timelines on track and showing process.

Experience

• 5+ years of professional Animation Designer experience, having done multiple successful Projects.
• Passion for making high-quality experiences, and a demonstrable portfolio.
• Experience directing and mentoring designers.

Position Details

• Job type: Full time, Contractual.
• Travel: Expected up to 10%.
• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
