Senior UX/UI Designer
We’re looking for a Senior Designer to lead the design of digital experiences used by large audiences, from understanding users and simplifying complex flows to clear, polished interfaces that are ready to build. You’ll join the Experience Design team on digital platforms and services for major organizations, and own design quality with clients and developers. We have two openings for this role.

Responsibilities
Lead the design of flows and interfaces for digital products and services on web and mobile, from concept to handover.
Turn research findings and client requirements into user flows and interactive prototypes, and test them with users.
Design polished interfaces that follow the approved design system, and help evolve it with components, patterns, and documentation.
Make accessibility and usability part of everything you deliver, against the agreed standards.
Work with development teams to hand over precise files, and follow build quality through to launch.
Present design decisions and their rationale to clients and stakeholders, and mentor and review the work of less experienced designers.
Requirements
Extensive hands-on experience in UX and UI design for digital products and services, including leading projects from start to launch.
A portfolio that shows how you solve complex problems and what your work achieved, not only final screens.
Fluency with design, prototyping, and design-system tools such as Figma.
A deep understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
Experience with government digital platforms and services is a plus.
