Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist
We’re looking for a Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full hiring journey at AZM X, from understanding each department’s needs to a new hire’s first months. You’ll work with department leads to attract talent in design, research, technology, and project management, and build an employee experience that reflects what we deliver for our clients.

Responsibilities
Run the full hiring cycle: define needs with departments, write job descriptions, post roles, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and make offers.
Build sourcing channels for talent in design, research, technology, and project management, and keep a pipeline ready for upcoming needs.
Track open roles and their priorities with department leads, and report regularly on hiring metrics.
Design a clear onboarding experience for new hires, and follow up on their first months.
Manage HR procedures and employee records in line with the Saudi Labor Law.
Contribute to employee experience, team culture, and learning and development initiatives.
Requirements
Extensive hands-on experience in HR and talent acquisition, ideally in consulting, technology, or the creative industries.
Good knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law and the government HR platforms.
Experience with recruitment tools and HR management systems.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and interviewing skills.
The ability to run several open roles at once and set priorities.
Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
